General Info

All my prices are quoted in £ sterling,  $ USA Dollar or € Euro and are inclusive of VAT at the national rate. The prices shown on product pages of this site are exclusive of shipping costs. The below information is an addendum to Tom Migot Photography’s Terms and Conditions.

All transactions made on this site are on the understanding that you agree to Tom Migot Photography’s Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices & Payments

Postage and packaging costs will be calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail or equivalent carrier’s Tracking shipping rates.

Delivery

Print Orders

As each print order is dealt with on an individual basis please allow up to 10 working days to ship your order.  (working days excludes Bank Holidays & weekends). Please note that due to the bespoke nature of my prints and the fact that they are hand-printed and signed to order by Tom Migot himself, delivery dates may vary at certain times. Mounted prints will be packaged with care to guarantee safe arrival of the picture intact. You will also be notified once your goods have been despatched. Delivery times may vary and if you have purchased multiple items, may arrive separately.

Greeting Card orders

Please allow 3 working days to ship greeting card orders. You will also be notified once your goods have been despatched. Delivery times may vary and if you have purchased multiple items, may arrive separately.

Print Care

All Tom Migot Photography’s Fine Art Mounted prints and Greeting Cards are printed from very high-resolution files on contemporary fine art matt papers of the highest quality and have an archive life of over 100 years in normal conditions. However, prolonged, direct sunlight on any photographic image prematurely ages it. Therefore, Tom Migot Photography recommends you place your product away from direct sunlight.

Cancellations / Returns

If you wish to cancel your order:

You can notify Tom Migot Photography by email to info@TomMigotPhotography.com before the goods have been dispatched  to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to me in accordance with Tom Migot Photography’s returns policy below. Goods should be inspected immediately on receipt and you must notify Tom Migot Photography within 7 working days by email at info@TomMigotPhotography.com if the goods are damaged or do not match your order. Unwanted goods must be posted back to Tom Migot Photography to arrive within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The costs of returning goods to Tom Migot Photography shall be borne by you unless the product is damaged. Upon receipt of the goods Tom Migot Photography will give you a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of receipt by Tom Migot Photography. The rights to return the goods to Tom Migot Photography as referred to will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • In the event that the product has been used.
  • The goods are not in all their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
  • The returned items are not received by Tom Migot Photography within 7 days of your delivery.
